How can I delete my jUMPP account?

To delete your jUMPP account, please complete the steps below, wherever applicable:
Step 1: Deregister your jUMPP UPI ID.
Step 2: Disable or delink UPI Lite. Any remaining UPI Lite balance will be automatically transferred to your linked bank account.
Step 3: Revoke your Finvu (Account Aggregator) consent through the Finvu web portal.
Step 4: If you have purchased Digital Gold, please sell your holdings before proceeding with your account deletion request.
Step 5: If you have opened a YES Bank Savings Account through jUMPP, please contact your nearest YES Bank branch for account-related queries, as the account is maintained by YES Bank.
Step 6: For Demat account-related queries, please use the Shoonya app.
Once you have completed the above steps, you may uninstall the jUMPP app from your device. No further action is required from your end.
