My payment has failed, but the amount has been debited from my account. How can I initiate a refund process?
If your payment has failed but the amount has been debited from your account, please raise ticket through the jUMPP app by following the steps below:
> Tap on Pay
> Go to Transaction History in the Quick pay tab
> Select the failed transaction
> Tap on the headphone icon at the top-right side of the screen
> Raise a support ticket.
